Post-wise Eligibility Criteria

1. Diploma Trainee (Electrical/Civil/Survey)

• 3-year Diploma in a relevant field
• Minimum 70% marks (General/OBC/EWS)
• Pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD
• Higher qualifications like B.Tech not allowed

2. Junior Officer Trainee (HR)

• Graduate degree (BBA/BBM/BBS)
• Minimum 60% marks
• PG qualification not allowed

3. Junior Officer Trainee (F&A)

• Inter CA / Inter CMA

4. Junior Technician Trainee

• ITI (Surveyor) – 2 years

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 27 years (as on 11 May 2026)
• Age relaxation available:
  • OBC: 3 years
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • PwBD: up to 15 years

Salary & Benefits

During Training

• ₹24,000/month (Diploma & JOT posts)
• ₹21,000/month (Technician posts)

After Training

  • Approx CTC: 12.7 LPA
• Technician:
  • Pay Scale: 21,500 – 74,000
  • Approx CTC: 10.9 LPA
