For both the Manager (IT) and the Assistant Manager (IT), candidates must have degrees like B.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc. in Computer Science/IT.
- Manager (IT): Around 5–8 years of experience in data centers, network security, and enterprise IT systems
- Assistant Manager (IT): Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience
Candidates with experience in ERP systems, network security, and server management will be preferred.
Manager (Guest House)
- Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Tourism
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Responsibilities include operations management, guest handling, budgeting, and safety compliance
Junior Engineer (Mechanical)
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience:
- Diploma holders: 5 years
- Degree holders: 3 years
Knowledge of maintenance systems, renewable energy, and compliance standards like GRIHA/LEED is desirable.
Assistant (Finance)
- B.Com with at least 60% marks
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Skills required:
- Tally and accounting software
- GST, TDS, and financial records
- Bank reconciliation and audit support
Assistant (Administration)
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Required skills:
- Office documentation and drafting
